Everyone at our practice is committed to providing you with the very best in pet healthcare. Our veterinary team bring a wealth of experience to the practice and have individually obtained high standards of professional qualification.
Dr Bob Russell BVM&S MRCVS
Bob qualified in 1984 and is the only veterinary surgeon at the practice. Bob is always here, unless on rare occasions he gets to have a holiday! With over 30 years of experience there is not much he hasn’t seen. Bob being a typical Vet has many previously unwanted animals at home including a mum with her siblings!
Marie Hatch RVN
Marie qualified in 2000 and has been part of the practice since 2002. She is responsible for the day to day running of the practice and spends a lot of time doing a nursing role as well. Marie is a typical vet nurse having lots of animals.
Kate is training to be an Animal Nursing Assistant. Kate has been here on a permanent basis since 2010, having previously covered maternity leave. She is currently training to become a veterinary nursing assistant. Kate has many animals at home, including snakes and lizards!
Kirsty is also training to be an Animal Nursing Assistant. Kirsty started working here in 2013. She is currently doing an anaesthesia course and will go on to do her veterinary nursing assistant in the future. Kirsty has one dog at home, probably the most sensible of us!
Hayley is our receptionist. She started in 2016 and will do a veterinary receptionist course in the near future. Hayley has a dog and helps a friend exercise her horse.
Debbie is our cleaner, she remains invisible most of the time! She has been here since the practice opened in 2001.
